Every supplier undergoes a 3-step verification: business license check, reference validation, and test order
Suppliers are classified as OEM, Authorized, or Aftermarket — clearly labeled in every recommendation
Unverified suppliers cannot appear in engine recommendations
Verification status is reviewed quarterly based on ongoing performance data

Decision Auditability

Every recommendation stores a complete snapshot of all inputs, scores, and reasoning used at decision time
Decisions are append-only — once created, core data (score, risk, rationale) can never be silently edited
Each decision includes an engine version identifier so you know exactly which rules produced it
Full audit trail available for compliance, dispute resolution, and government contract requirements

Human Oversight

No recommendation is executed automatically. A trained specialist reviews every decision before approval
The specialist checks: part compatibility, pricing fairness vs. historical data, and logistics feasibility
Both the specialist name and approval timestamp are recorded permanently
If a recommendation doesn't meet our standards, the specialist rejects it and requests re-evaluation

Every transaction has a complete paper trail: decision rationale, approval record, and shipping documentation
If delivery fails or arrives late, the outcome is recorded and the supplier performance score is automatically adjusted
Our team mediates disputes between buyers and suppliers using objective transaction data
Repeated failures result in supplier suspension from the platform
